- Co-founded and led Global Green Power PLC (Philippines, 2008–2025) — the platform that became Biomass Asia.
- Leads project origination, capital formation and permanent carbon-removal infrastructure.
Maribeth “Bunny” de Montaigne
President · Socio-Economic Development
- 20+ years designing community-embedded programmes for renewable-energy projects.
- Architect of BAI's Platinum BioChar community model; secures social licence and local support.
- Builds the farmer- and cooperative-supply partnerships underpinning feedstock security.
- Co-founder of School Aid MTÜ, BAI's independent training & community partner.
Dr. Steven Waterfield
Chief Operating Officer
- 40+ years in the international power sector, on projects exceeding 10 GW.
- Senior leadership at PowerGen International (1995–2004) and E.ON (Regional Director, SE Asia).
- Chief Executive of Global Green Power PLC from 2009.
- PhD Political Sciences (Nottingham); leads engineering, construction and operations.
Dr. Ramon G. Santos
Director, Government & Regulatory Affairs
- Brigadier General (Ret.), Philippine Army — 31 years' service.
- Undersecretary at the DOE, DENR and the Office of the President (Malacañang).
- PhD Development Administration; MSc Strategic Studies (US Army War College); former Military Attaché to France.
- Leads government relations, regulatory strategy and national-policy alignment.
Joel Paculba
Operations Manager, MRV
- Licensed Agricultural & Biosystems Engineer; MBA in EPC project management (in progress).
- 20+ years in biomass supply chains, feedstock assessment and MRV systems.
- Began at the Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice); joined Global Green Power in 2010.
- Leads biomass collection, logistics, farmer engagement and MRV compliance for Mina.
